Orders and payment

Your order is placed when you complete the website checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; PeakNestUK does not receive your full card details. We will send confirmation to the email address supplied at checkout.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Orders are normally dispatched from the UK within one working day using free tracked delivery. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions on our Delivery & Returns page and your statutory rights.

Website accuracy and availability

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every summary is always current. This does not limit responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
