Delivery & Returns

PeakNestUK orders include free tracked UK delivery. We aim to make dispatch, tracking and returns clear and straightforward.

Dispatch

Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from the UK within one working day. Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Tracked delivery

We use tracked delivery services to provide a reliable and convenient delivery experience. Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Delivery is free to UK addresses accepted at checkout.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in the same condition in which they were received and, where applicable, in their original packaging.

Email peaknestuk@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions; responsibility for return postage may depend on the reason for the return.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please email us and include clear details and photographs where helpful. We will work with you to resolve the issue in line with your legal rights.

Your statutory rights are not affected. Nothing on this page limits rights provided by UK consumer law.
